Description: Eb Alto
Manufacturer: G.H. Hüller
Model: Imperial
Serial #: ?
Finish: Silver plated
Source: sophias_welt_50 on

This poor horn is remarkable solely for the fact that it has the model name "Imperial" engraved on the bell. (Although hard to make out in the photos, the seller noted it in the auction.)

Although this particular model doesn't have the D resonance key like the Holton’s Rudy Wiedoeft models had, it does have a G # and high D# trill keys, fork Eb, and rolled tone holes. Note too the shape of the bis Bb key. Sadly the neck was missing from the horn, so we have no way of knowing if it had come from the factory with a microtuner or not.
