According to Edwin Van Druten (The Martin Story) The Martin Indiana deluxe version of the Indiana has the following features:
- Gold lacquered body (based on old Imperial or Standard Special)
- nickel keys
- heart shaped left thumb rest
- adjustable right thumb rest
- Forked octave key on the neck
Note: There is some confusion & contradictory information if these Indiana horns were built as intermediate model horns or not. People who own them, or have played them, can't really tell the difference between this model and other Martin, pro offerings. |
