This sax was made towards the end of the President's production run and is circa '68. By this time straight tone holes were being used, since the last year for rolled tone holes was in '62.
Note the shape and decoration on the G# key. It is different than on earlier models. The sax also has the new style bell to body brace.
Note also the shape of the octave lever. It too changed in these later horns.
Like all the other late-model Hohner Presidents, this one has a high F# key. |
