Description: Eb Baritone
Manufacturer: C. Mahillon
Serial #: ?
Finish: Silver plated
Source: arbiblo62 on

According to the Book 100+1 Saxen, "Mahillon was the biggest woodwind shop in Brussels by 1856. They made good but not innovative instruments. "

Notice this bari has a fix (attached) neck with a micro tuner. It also has double octave keys. Although it has no pearls, it does have rollers on the right pinkie keys. (Perhaps added after the fact.)

It is keyed from low B to high Eb. It is lacking a chromatic F#, bis Bb key, and and any of the other "extras" that we see on more modern horns.
