Second Line Name: Pan American

In December 2014 I finally got this little horn overhauled. I should have had it done when I bought it, but I just never got around to it. Truth be told, I've hardly played the little beast in the last 10 years, so it kept dropping lower on the list of priorities.

That said, I wanted to use it for a performance in February 2015, and I had the opportunity to send it home with a tech who stopped by my house to drop off some horns for me to use. I was so impressed with the way those horns were set up, that I sent this little beast with him, and he brought it back just under a month later.

Claudio used black roo pads with stainless steel resos on the little beastie. He also removed the ugly coat of "protective" spray lacquer that had been applied to the silver plate to keep it from tarnishing. Now this little curvy just sings beautifully, and looks just as good.
