These metal mouthpieces seem to have come with the B&S "blue label" saxophones. Some players refer to them as Berg Larsen—whatever that means. They do seem to get picked up on eBay whenever the appear for sale alone though.
This tenor piece is marked 220, and comes with its original lig, cap, & box.
