Merry Christmas Baby: E Street Style

What would Christmas time be without this holiday favourite by Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band?

In this particular live version of Merry Christmas Baby, performed on Late Night with Conan O’Brien in 2002, Clarence Clemons’ doesn’t play the fills he plays on the studio version. However, after Clemons’ solo, the entire horn section gets to do its own 12 bars of improvisation. This alone makes this version of the tune unique.

It’s hard to believe that there’s only 2 shopping days left until Christmas. Where exactly did these last few weeks go?

I really made a stupid mistake. I have to actually set foot in my local mall today because I have to get a gift sized. What was I thinking?
