On the 14th, Deception will be performing at the Yorkshire from 9:00 PM to midnight.

That will be a very long day for Gary, Steve, and I, because before we step on the stage at The Rose, The Bassic Sax Jazz Ensemble will be performing at the Ramada Plaza all afternoon for the Red Hat Society’s fashion show. Karen, besides singing during our performance, will also have some of her fashions appearing on the cat walk.

Because this is a big event, in a large venue, I am going to expand my saxophone assortment for the show by one. Normally I only use my soprano, alto, tenor, and bari for BSJE shows, but because we will have a big enough space, I am planning on doing a few songs with my bass. This will be my bass saxophone’s premiere performance in Abbotsford. Should be a blast!
