This is an original mouthpiece for a Hohner President tenor saxophone.

Note that the MP is stamped Spezial or "Special" in English. I don't know what's supposed to be special about it, but maybe it doesn't sound for feel nearly as stuffy as my original one does that is sans the Hohner logo or Spezial stamp.

According to the seller, the MP stamped with the #4, which I presume is the tip opening.
