Helen: This has all the hallmarks of a Keilwerth-made horn. 

It appears to be circa the 1970s around the time when JK was working the Herb Couf and the Armstrong Company. 

A bit more research is needed, but this is clearly not made by Olds, nor is it a stencil made by the usual companies like Pierret et. al.
