(Pete) I'm relatively sure that only altos and tenors had the "Cigar Cutter" octave mechanism. I'm still going to include other pitches with the same s/n range here, just to be consistent.
Note that the "cigar cutter" octave key design was found sporadically on Selmers up until at least s/n 18xxx, if not more. If it doesn't have this feature, it's not a "Cigar Cutter."
