Smokin’

This is without a doubt, one of best photos that I’ve ever seen that has a saxophone as subject matter. At first blush I thought the smoke was real.

Taking a look through eyesore9’s photostream is quite inspiring. He has a wonderful eye, and a uses Flickr very effectively as a true photo blog.

After spending 15 looking at his pics, I wanted to sign up with my local photo club. Sure I get decent-enough shots, but to get them with the consistent level of artistic ability that I desire, takes more knowledge of photography than I currently possess.
