Now This Is A Practice Space

While I’ve for weeks been struggling to get my studio set up so that it’s a comfortable space to practice in, it will never be in the same class as this practice space captured by Xin THR in Yokohama.

It looks like that’s a container just behind the sax player. What’s that about? All the stuff gets stored in there when not in use perhaps, to keep it safe from the elements?

…this is just my blog. My “real” website is www.bassic-sax.info. If you’re looking for sax info, you should check it out too. There’s lots there!

I think it was a storage container notice the flood light on the upper right corner it is apparently more permanently installed than most. They are used all over the country as portable storage very secure it is after all a big steel box. :devil2: :devil2:
It does look like a nice place to practice or even just hang out at least when the weather is nice. 😆 just my :2cents:

    1. I totally agree Mark. I think this would be a great place to play and hang out.

We’re seeing whole “communities” of these big steel boxes pop up as storage. People store their stuff in them, and then these shipping containers are brought to locations where there are hundreds of them. The company is actually called Big Steel Box.

They also turn them into office space, temporary housing, etc. etc. It’s all on their website. Interesting stuff.
