When Could An Alto Use A Water Key?

Well it’s spring, and some of you are getting your gardens into shape. Some of you might also be wondering how to make your gardens extra special this summer.

Interesting concept. I wonder however, would the sound of the water in the fountain be different if the finish of the instruments was different? Say for example, we had unlacquered horns, or black nickel-plated horns? Or what if, we got really radical, and used different finishes on all 3 of the instruments. How would that effect the sound of the fountain?  😈 😆
