I would have to say, this would rate right up there with one of the strangest gig outfits I’ve ever seen. I think it would be a bitch to wear on a hot, summer day.

I figured that I might find them on YouTube or somewhere, and sure enough, I did.
A bit more Googling and I discovered that the Deep Sea Jivers are actually one of the street show personae of Swervy World. Swervy World started in 1996 in Tavistock, North Devon, as a touring theatre company. However, when financial backing became elusive, the group found busking became an effective way to meet their budgets.
