I'm going to call this a stencil of these Evette & Schaeffer horns. However, there is evidence I could be wrong: the right hand Bb key is missing and the horn has left-side bell keys, not split. If I'm reading the P-M website correctly, these horns would have been produced between 1899 and 1920.

If you want to change how many album pictures per page, use CTRL+ and CTRL- (Command + and Command - if you have a Mac). 80% looks great on my 4K monitor.
