This is essentially Dolnet just messing with me.  It's a baritone with the wire bell-to-body brace and it has pearl touches on the keyguards, not red glass.  I think you can probably just say, "Well, it's a bari and baris don't usually get the same mods as their alto and tenor brothers until later in production."  That doesn't make me any happier, though :D. 

I do have another low Bb bari in this album, sn 35xxx, which does have the red "pearls," so there was probably a change at some point.  It's a little hard to find Dolnet baris, tho.
