This is a Conn baritone (?) mouthpiece that came with the sax. The person who I bought the sax from had owned it for approximately 65 years, and this mouthpiece came with the horn when he got it. It looks very similar to the Geo Bundy bass saxophone mouthpiece that came with my 1922 Buescher when I bought it in 2000. The only difference is a slight roll over baffle behind the tip rail of the Bundy mouthpiece. This is visible in the photos included in this set.

The Bundy bass mouthpiece is always on top, and the Conn is always below.
