"Nenibredni" on the neck is in reference to Inderbinen, a manufacturer of some very good and very expensive saxophones.
Again, that's just custom engraving. Inderbinen has debunked that.
"Ahnenerbe," engraved on the bell, is likely there to make you thing of the Nazi think tank of the same name.

For what it's worth, while the addition of the red herrings, above, are a little annoying, I do think this is a very pretty saxophone.
