(Helen) This brochure/catalogue comes to us via New Zealand, where it resided inside the case of a Klingsor tenor saxophone.
The horn was bought from the original owner, and when the new owner got the sax, he found this in it.

The text is entirely in German. I will most likely translate it at some point, but I have lots on my plate, it's not a huge priority.
