I have made the choice not to have advertising on bassic-sax.info. Although this means it costs me more out of pocket, it also means I can keep my site purely non-commercial.
Due the amount of traffic I get on a daily/monthly basis, I have had to utilize a VPS server for the last 4+ years, since my shared server kept crasher. Hell, even some VPS servers couldn’t keep up. Yes, I get A LOT of people on my site. At any given moment, at least 3 people—not counting bots like those from Google and other search engines—are looking at my site every second of every day.
