International Woodwind is a Los Angeles, California-based company that also has offices in Sydney, Australia. IW manufacturers a complete line of saxophones that range all the way from sopranino through to bass.
The company was founded in 2000 by professional saxophonist/flautist Laksar Reese. Besides being a professional player, Reese is also a repair tech. He used this combination of knowledge and skills to assist in the design of the International Woodwind line of musical instruments.
Despite its relatively young age, International Woodwind has many well known artists playing their instruments throughout the world.
